Well, it’s either the lobby of the Venetian in Las Vegas or St. Pete’s in Rome. Any guesses?
So, Italy was beautiful, the younger European guys a little on the Karen Carpenter-side and the food incredible. I did wonder more than once if the late Dr. Atkins was ever barred from entering Italy due to his low carb craze and figured that the Italians were WAY too smart to ever buy into something that silly. Atkins may work for the first few weeks, but eventually you’ll gain it all back… and lose brain power. FYI: The brain needs carbs to function at optimal levels. Put that one in yer no-carb pipe and smoke it 😉
I’m a little pressed for time today, but plan on posting a full report, along with the usual bloggerings in the coming week or so. I thank everyone for their patience and appreciate your eyes. To thank you even more, let me put the following pic into perspective: I’m holding winged rats in one of the most romantic cities in the world. If that’s not mildly entertaining, then obviously i’m still quite jetlagged. LOL.
FYI: Benjamin’s finally joining the ranks of MySpace! Look for a link to my home on the web soon and join the party. In addition, i’m beta-testing some new groups software for Google and hope to roll out a brand new, SUPER-DUPER groups site that allows even more interactivity (ie, GPS tracking in realtime of ‘where’s Benjamin today?’), live cam and lagless chat. I’m so excited about this that i had to double up on AussieBums today…
